about diane

Diane Patrick was born in Belgium and raised in Tampa where she attended Berkeley Prep.

She graduated from BYU in 2015 with a B.S. in Psychology, a minor in English, a certificate in Spanish, and a husband (who she met on a study abroad to Jerusalem where dating was not allowed). She went on to graduate cum laude from a top-25 law school, J. Reuben Clark Law School, in 2018. In law school, Diane interned at the Utah Supreme Court, clerked at the Utah Attorney General’s office, and acted as a senior editor of the BYU Law Review.

Diane moved back to Tampa after law school and started her career at a national firm where she helped Florida clients with estate planning. She then worked at a small local estate planning and probate firm.

Diane started Patrick Law, PLLC in 2023 with the goal to streamline and simplify estate planning for young families, aging individuals, and small business owners.

Diane and her husband have 3 young kids, a dog, and 3 cats. She is involved in several local networking groups including BNI Synergy and MOST Business. She also leads a Girl Scouts troop of first graders and serves on the board of the Tampa Bay Professional Women’s Network.
